Howard Lieberman and his team help entrepreneurs, businesses, and communities manage projects for growth.

As managing partner of Business & Community Financing Solutions (BCFSOL), Howard provides a full range of project consulting services. These encompass business improvement, planning, and financing, with one-to-one assistance throughout the process. Clients include entrepreneurs looking to start up and businesses looking to grow in the Lehigh Valley, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and beyond.

Helping small businesses is Howard’s specialty. He teaches The How and the Why of the Business Plan at the Global Village for Future Leaders of Business & Industry at Lehigh University's Iacocca Institute.

A certified Economic Development Professional since 2004, Howard brings insight from the following roles: Executive director of the Whitehall Township Industrial & Commercial Development Authority, economic development coordinator for the City of Bethlehem, member of the Lehigh County Industrial Development Authority and of the Allentown Economic Development Authority’s Minority Loan Program, author of the Emmaus Main Street Renewal application to the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development.

A Kutztown University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Public Administration, Howard got his start helping others as an Eagle Scout with the Boys Scouts of America.
